Nausea is the unpleasant sensation of needing to vomit, often accompanied by dizziness, weakness, and discomfort in the stomach. Vomiting is the forceful expulsion of stomach contents through the mouth. These symptoms can be caused by indigestion, food poisoning, infections, motion sickness, pregnancy, or underlying medical conditions. They are often temporary but can lead to dehydration if persistent. Prompt treatment and rest are essential for recovery.
i. Aab-e-Piyaz (Onion Juice) : 10 ml.
Aab-e-Podina (Mint Juice) : 10 ml.
Aab-e-Adrak (GingerJuice) : 10 ml.
Aab -e-Leemu (Lemon Juice) : 10ml.
Method of Preparation : Mix all the juices.
Administration : Add 6 ml. of the mixture to 120 ml. of water, add one pinch of Soda and take immediately.
Or
ii. Tender shoot of Jamun (Jambol) 10 g.
Method of Preparation : Grind with 60 ml. of water and strain.
Administration : Take the above in two parts twice daily.
Or
iii. Ilaichi Badi 10 g.
Sonf : 10 g.
Podina : 20 leaves
Method of Preparation : Boil in 60 ml. of water
Administration : 2 tea spoon full thrice daily
